This signing marks a pivotal step for NINGKE, as the company transitions from “traditional manufacturing” to an integrated, next‑generation biotech enterprise encompassing “R&D and design + data intelligence + high‑end manufacturing.” Silang Technology is a leading domestic player in the AI for Science and high‑performance scientific computing sectors, boasting full‑stack capabilities spanning underlying hardware, system platforms, algorithmic software, and industry applications. It has already established a comprehensive scientific computing foundation across core bio‑manufacturing domains such as molecular simulation, enzyme engineering design, protein structure analysis, and reaction pathway optimization. As a main‑board listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600165), NINGKE is deeply engaged in synthetic biology, bio‑manufacturing, and bio‑based materials, with real‑world synthetic biology industrial scenarios and ample pilot‑scale validation resources. The deep coupling between the two parties—combining “industrial scenarios” with a “scientific computing foundation”—is poised to yield highly valuable outcomes in industrial collaboration.

Under the agreement, the two parties will systematically collaborate in the following areas: first, jointly build a scientific computing infrastructure tailored for biomanufacturing and R&D, providing foundational technological support for the company’s new business initiatives; second, taking enzyme engineering as a starting point, conduct joint validation and tackle key challenges in areas such as enzyme molecular structure analysis, directed evolution–assisted design, and fermentation process parameter optimization; and third, co‑establish the “AI4S Biomanufacturing Joint Innovation Center” along with benchmark demonstration projects, thereby developing industry‑application cases that are verifiable, replicable, and scalable. At the same time, leveraging this signing as a launchpad, both sides will swiftly form dedicated task forces to translate cooperation from paper into practice and from pilot programs to large‑scale deployment.

Looking ahead, NINGKE will take the deep integration of “scientific computing + biomanufacturing” as its core strategy, proactively embrace the R&D paradigm shift brought by AI and scientific computing, and accelerate its transformation and upgrading. This is both a key measure to respond to the national call to “speed up the achievement of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and strength,” and an intrinsic requirement for the company to secure long-term growth and forge core competitiveness. Taking this collaboration as a new starting point, NINGKE will join forces with Silang Technology to build a new industrial paradigm of “scientific-computing-driven biomanufacturing,” achieve breakthrough results in critical technology development and R&D, and set a benchmark for the high-quality development of China’s biomanufacturing industry!
