Collaborate and develop jointly with industrial chain partners.
Jointly building a new pattern of green manufacturing and high-quality development.
I. Abundant achievements in independent R&D
After years of intensive, independent R&D efforts, the company has achieved numerous significant breakthroughs in its core technology areas, including five invention patents such as “Apparatus and Method for Purifying Aqueous Phase of Long-Chain Dicarboxylic Acid Fermentation Broth,” and seven utility model patents such as “Production System for Long-Chain Dicarboxylic Acids.” The company has also successfully mastered three autonomous-region-level scientific and technological achievements, including “Research on a New Process for the Resourceful Utilization of Lauric Acid Wastewater,” and obtained one copyright, laying a solid technological foundation for building the company’s core competitiveness.
II. Industry-University-Research Collaboration Empowers Development
The company adheres to the concept of open innovation and actively collaborates with top domestic research institutions and universities to carry out industry-academia-research cooperation, continuously promoting the commercialization of technological achievements and industrial upgrading.
In 2017, we signed a technology transfer contract with the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, successfully acquiring two core patents: “Strain for the Production of Long-Chain Dicarboxylic Acids and Its Preparation Method and Applications” and “A Method for Producing Long-Chain Dicarboxylic Acids by Converting Fatty Acid Derivatives.” This enabled us to fully introduce the complete set of core technologies—covering strain selection, fermentation, extraction, and purification—required for the industrial-scale production of lauric acid. Subsequently, building on this foundation, we entered into a technology development contract with the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to continuously advance the development of a series of long-chain dicarboxylic acid products and related application technologies, and to focus on establishing a comprehensive technological system for the long-chain dicarboxylic acid industry.
In 2022, the company entered into a technical cooperation agreement with Zhengzhou University and signed a technology transfer contract to acquire its proprietary long-chain nylon and high-temperature-resistant nylon production technologies, which are fully protected by independent intellectual property rights. This move further expands the company’s technological footprint in the field of high-performance materials.
In 2025, we signed a technology development contract with the Shanghai Institute for Advanced Studies of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, focusing on advancing the research and development of the “Construction and Optimization of Yeast Cells for the Conversion of Dicarboxylic Acids,” and continuing to deepen our technological exploration and breakthroughs in the field of bioconversion.
