NINGKE Biotechnology Plans to Implement a 100 Million Yuan Technical Upgrade Project for Biofermentation Products
This newspaper reports (reporter Li Liping): On June 12, Ningxia Zhongke Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ST NINGKE”) issued an announcement stating that, in order to further promote the company’s business development, align with market demand for long-chain dicarboxylic acids, optimize production processes and product portfolio structure, and enhance the market competitiveness of its long-chain dicarboxylic acid products, the company’s controlling subsidiary, Ningxia Zhongke New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongke New Materials”), plans to implement a technical upgrade project for its existing long-chain dicarboxylic acid production line, aimed at producing 119,000 tons of bio-fermentation products annually.
According to the announcement released by ST NINGKE, the planned total investment for this technological upgrade project is 100.12 million yuan, covering: a flexible production line with an annual capacity of 18,000 tons of long-chain dicarboxylic acids; a flexible production line with an annual capacity of 5,100 tons of bio-fermentation functional products; a flexible production line with an annual capacity of 63,000 tons of bio-food products; and a flexible production line with an annual capacity of 24,800 tons of amino acid products. The project's renovation period is 9 months.
The announcement indicates that the implementation of this technological upgrade project by Zhongke Xincai will enable the company to simultaneously produce a series of long-chain dicarboxylic acids, bio-fermentation functional products, bio-food products, and amino acid products. This will further optimize the company’s industrial chain layout and enhance its profitability.
